Bio

Copenhagen-based artist and designer Signe Houvenaeghel (b. 1989) holds a master’s degree from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. She works across painting, ceramics, drawing, installation, embroidery, and video.

The rhythms of nature are a constant source of inspiration in her work. She is particularly drawn to the cyclical processes of transformation, growth, unfolding, collapse, and renewal, exploring them as a universal rhythm that connects us to the world around us. Her works are a tribute to nature and an exploration of life’s inevitable movements.
